Camelina sativa Synteny Browser - AccuSyn

This visualization presents blocks of genes within Camelina sativa that maintain their sequential order with their homolog gene counterparts. For example, if three genes A, B and C are present in that order on one chromosome and their homologous genes Ah, Bh and Ch are present on another gene in that relative order, that is considered a syntenous block.

The AccuSyn browser displays all such blocks across the Camelina sativa genome and allows for filtering and viewing these blocks in different ways. Visit AccuSyn to view other genomes or read on the other fuctionality of the browser.
